ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Caretaker Prime Minister Nasirul Mulk has formally forwarded a summary to the President to summon the session of the National Assembly on Monday. On the first day of the session, the new elected members of the National Assembly will take oath of their office. This will be followed by the elections of the speaker, the deputy speaker and then the leader of the house. Speaking to the journalists in Bani Gala, PTI leader Naeemul Haq requested President Mamnoon Hussain to delay his foreign visit on 16th of this month, so that Imran Khan could take oath from him as Prime Minister of Pakistan. He also said readiness of opposition parties to take oath during the first National Assembly's session indicates that they have collectively accepted the election results. The PTI leader has urged Election Commission to issue notification of Imran Khan as winning candidate from two constituencies of NA-53 and NA-131. To a question regarding yesterday's opposition parties' protest, the PTI leader said it is their democratic right.
