ECP accepts apologies of Fawad Chaudhry and Azam Swati over allegations

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Election Commission of Pakistan has accepted the apologies of Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry and Railways Minister Azam Swati for their harsh criticism.

Talking to the media along with his counsel on Wednesday Azam Swati has said that they want ECP to be empowered. “I thank ECP for accepting my apology, ECP is going to make good decisions on EVM, the sanctity of vote will be protected through EVM. The government will stand by to strengthen the Election Commission.”

On the other hand, a member of Sindh Election Commision has said “It is not good to call any institution bad, they all are yours.”
