Cases registered against PTI Senator Azam Swati in Sindh dismissed

KARACHI (92 News) - All cases filed against PTI Senator Azam Swati in Sindh have been dismissed.

The Sindh High Court heard the petition regarding registration of six cases against Azam Swati.

During the hearing, IG Sindh told the court that all cases against Azam Swati have been quashed in Sindh. The cases were dismissed on grounds of lack of evidences. The cases were filed by citizens. The cases have been classified as C class so all petitions are now ineffective. IG Sindh also apologized to the court for the conversation in the last hearing.

The Prosecutor General Sindh told court that the custody of Azam Swati has been transferred to Islamabad.

Justice KK Agha remarked that the Sindh government and the IG Sindh have solved this matter and they deserve credit. "There should be no other case against Azam Swati in Sindh," he ruled.
