Center, provinces responsible for not implementing NAP: Farooq Sattar

KARACHI (92 News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Farooq Sattar has blamed the central and provincial governments for not implementing the National Action Plan (NAP). “Not only is the center, but provinces are also responsible for non-implementation of NAP,” he said. He further said that the provincial government has committed serious mistakes.
