Champion boxer Amir Khan, Pakistan Sports Board sign agreement for establishing academy
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Champion boxer Amir Khan and the Pakistan Sports Board signed an agreement for establishing a boxing academy on Friday.
Amir Khan will provide international standard facilities and coach for training young boxers.
Under the agreement, the PSB will provide a boxing hall for the academy and accommodation facilities for the players.
Speaking on the occasion, Amir Khan said that there was a lot of talent in Pakistan.
“Pakistani boxers can win laurels across the world through work hard,” he added.
Inter-Provincial Coordination Committee Ijaz Chaudhry, DG PSB Dr Nawaz Ganjera and a large number of players were also present.
