Change of guards ceremony held at mausoleums of Allama Iqbal

LAHORE (92 News) – A glorious ‘Change of Guards’ ceremony was held at the tomb of Dr Allama Mohammad Iqbal on the occasion to celebrate the Pakistan Day on Wednesday. A ‘dashing detail’ of Pakistan Air Force assumed the duty of guarding the tomb relieving the towering troops. The day dawned with the 21-gun salute in the provincial capital. Base Commander Pakistan Air Force Base Lahore Air Commodore Salman Mahboob laid floral wreath on the grave of Allama Iqbal and offered Fateha. He also recorded his impression in the visitor’s book.
