PTI's Ch Anwarul Haq, Riaz Gujjar elected AJK Legislative Assembly speaker & deputy speaker

MUZAFFARABAD (92 News) – Chaudhary Anwarul Haq and Riaz Gujjar of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) were elected speaker and deputy speaker of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly respectively.

Both winners got 32 votes each, while Faisal Rathore, a candidate of the opposition, received 12 votes. Nasaran Abbasi of the opposition for the slot of the deputy speaker received 15 votes.
