Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi granted bail in illegal appointments case
LAHORE (92 News) - Justice Sultan Tanvir of the Lahore High Court granted bail to PTI president Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi in the illegal appointments case on Tuesday.
The court announced the reserved verdict after completion of the arguments of the counsels for the PTI president.
The counsels contended that the Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) had registered the case after two years. “Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi had not received money from any candidate and he has no link with the case,” they contended.
