Chaudhry Shujaat advises government, opposition to hold dialogues

LAHORE (92 News) – PML-N president Chaudhry Shujaat has advised the government and the opposition to hold dialogues in the national interest.

Talking to the media on Thursday, he asked the government to consider the proposals of the opposition seriously.

"Government representatives should come forward to resolve matters. The government and the opposition should united in the national interests. They should go towards dialogues formally or informally," he added.

The PML-N president said that conditions had reached to the extent where they were never. "One and a half years have passed and result of abuses will appear if one more year was wasted," he maintained.

Chaudhry Shujaat advised the government not to give answer to the proposals of the opposition in the form of statements and consider them seriously. He complained that his advice was also given the name of opposition.

On the other hand, Punjab Minister for Zakar and Ushar Shaukat Ali Laleka called on Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi to discuss matters of mutual interest, including political situation.
