Cheap, speedy justice is basic ideology of PTI and vision of PM: Firdous
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan on Sunday said that provision of cheap and speedy justice is the basic ideology of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) as well as vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
In a series of tweet, the special assistant said that the positive steps taken by the incumbent government are leading towards real change in the lives of the people. She said dispensation of speedy and inexpensive justice is basic ideology of PTI and the vision of PM Imran Khan.
In another tweet, Firdous Ashiq Awan said Code of Civil Procedure (Amendment) Bill sets the legal condition of disposing of civil cases in Civil Courts to Supreme Court to two years. “One generation filed cases and it was decided at the time of third generation,” the special assistant mentioned, “The process of issuing and receiving of legal summons to attendance and witnesses in the court is being linked with modern technology,” she added."Code of Civil Procedure ( Amendment ) Bill

Firdous Ashiq Awan said inheritance right available to women under Islam had turned into social and legal complications.
