Chicken prices skyrocket, being sold at Rs500 per kg in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) - The prices of chicken have gone sky high in different cities across the country.

People told 92 News that shopkeepers are selling chicken at Rs500 per kg. In Karachi, the chicken price has increased during the last a few days. Live chicken was sold at Rs310 per kg.

In Lahore, chicken is being sold at Rs378 per kg, witnessing the increase of Rs85 per kg in two weeks. In Rawalpindi, live chicken was sold at Rs275 per kg.

In Faisalabad, the chicken price reached at Rs393 per kg.

In the twin cities, the chicken price exceeded Rs400 per kg.
