Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Nasir ul Mulk to retire today

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Nasir ul Mulk will retire today as chief Justice of Pakistan. He was born in the valley of Swat’s Mingora Valley, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He was elevated as Judge, Supreme Court of Pakistan in 2005 and was Chief Justice of Pakistan for over one year. Justice Nasirul Mulk has taken tough decisions during his tenure, while the 17-member bench which gave historic decision on military courts was headed by Justice Nasirul Mulk.
