KARACHI (92 News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has said that he had gone to sub-jail, not hospital. He was responding to a question about his Saturday’s at Rest House on Sunday. When asked how Karachi is looking, the CJP said that the city is looking clean as compared to the past. The CJP also listened to the complaints of the people at Karachi Registry. Hearing a case, he ordered the Karachi Development Authority (KDA) to stop the operation against encroachments near Nasir Jump, saying that legal houses will not be demolished. Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar also held a meeting with the families of missing persons. A woman informed the CJP about her son while weeping. The CJP said that high-level officers will be in the Missing Persons Commission and missing persons will be recovered soon. Meanwhile, SCBA vice president Fareed Dayo also met Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar. During the meeting, the CJP urged lawyers to donate the lunch amount to the dams fund and take tea and biscuits with him.
