Chinese engineers among four killed in Haripur

HARIPUR (92 News) – At least four people including three Chinese engineers were killed and eight others injured when they were working at Tarbela Dam extension project in Haripur on Sunday. The incident occurred at the site of Tarbela Dam extension project in Haripur when the concrete fell while shuttering work at tunnel 4 was underway, killing four people including three Chinese engineers and injuring eight others. The rescue operation was underway at the site as several people are said to be trapped under the debris. The injured people were shifted to nearby hospital for medical treatment.
