Cipher case: IHC to hear PTI chairman's bail plea on Sept 18

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Aamer Farooq will hear the bail plea of the PTI chairman in the cipher case on Monday.

A new bench was formed to hear the bail plea. The IHC registrar has issued a cause list.

On September 14, Official Secret Act Court Judge Abu Al-Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain had dismissed the bail pleas of PTI chairman and vice-chairman Shah Mahmood case in the cipher case.

The PTI chairman had challenged the verdict of the Official Secret Act Court.
