THATHA (92 News) – Citizens are forced to take the funerals of their loved-ones by a Thermopore sheet due to unavailability of a bridge over a canal in Chohar Jamal, Sajawal.

On Saturday, the funeral of four-year-old Shahzadi was taken to the graveyard across the canal by a Thermopore sheet. The incident drew public ire when the video went viral.

A few months ago, the funeral of a local was taken to the graveyard in the same way. Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah had taken notice of the incident, but no action could be taken.

Reacting to the incident, PML-Functional leader Nusrat Sehar Abbasi said that she could not describe this sorrowful incident in words. “The PPP has died and now only Zardari League exists. The PPP has disgraced the name of Bhutto,” she said.

She said that the PPP is the rigmarole of corruption.
