Civil, security agencies played role for peace: Ahsan Iqbal

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal has said that the civil and security agencies played their role for peace. Talking to the media on Monday, he said that the police can release the detained workers. He said that the workers produced in courts could only be released by courts. The minister said that an attack was carried on his house and Narowal PTI president led the rally. He said that a few parties had done politics over Zahid Hamid. “The opposition and religious parties tried to trap the government,” he said.
