CJCSC, services chiefs condole demise of former CJCSC Gen (retd) Rahimuddin Khan

RAWALPINDI (92 News) - Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Nadeem Raza and services chiefs have expressed heartfelt condolences on the sad demise of former CJCSC General (Retired) Rahimuddin Khan.

In a message, he said that may Allah bless his soul and give strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss, Ameen. His funeral prayers were offered at Ayub Stadium, Lahore.

General (Retired) Rahimuddin Khan, 98, also served as Sindh governor. He was father-in-law of former federal minister Ijazul Haq. He was awarded the Nishan-e-Imtiaz (Military), Hilal-e-Imtiaz and Sitara-e-Basalat for his meritorious services.
