CJP decides to visit medical college in Sargodha

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Mian Saqib Nisar on Sunday directed Punjab Advocate General (AG) to arrange helicopter as he decided to visit medical college in Sargodha. While giving his remarks, the CJP said that not only the chief minister can use helicopters for visits. A two-member bench of the apex court headed by Justice Saqib Nisar was conducting hearing of a suo motu case regarding private medical colleges at Supreme Court Lahore Registry. Federal Investigation Agency submitted its report regarding private medical colleges to the court. The CJP directed all medical colleges to submit their last three-month's performance reports. He said the medical colleges which do not meet the criteria set by PMDC will be brought under the administrative control of University Health Sciences.
