CJP Saqib Nisar takes notice of water crisis in Balochistan’s Bhag Nari tehsil

LAHORE (92 News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has taken notice of the water crisis in Balochistan’s Bhag Nari tehsil. He directed the Registrar Office to fix the matter for hearing on December 14. A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar will hear the case. Notices have been issued to the Balochistan advocate general and Balochistan chief secretary. The water scheme installed 18 years ago could not be made functional. Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has taken action on the news aired by 92 News. People are facing an acute shortage of water in Balochistan’s Bhag Nari area. They are forced to take water along with animals from the same pond. Water available to the people and animals carries weeds and worms. 92 News had highlighted the issue. Locals had appealed to the CJP to take notice of the issue.
