CJP Saqib Nisar constitutes bench to hear Memogate case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar has constituted a bench to hear the Memogate case. The CJP will head the bench comprising Justice Umar Atta Bandial and Justice Ejazul Hassan. The bench will hear the case on February 8. The Memo Commission had held Hussain Haqqani responsible for the memo scandal. Hussain Haqqani had left for America after assuring the court of his return. Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, Ishaq Dar and others had filed petitions against the Memogate scandal.
