CJP takes suo motu notice of letter by six judges, forms 7-member larger bench to hear matter on Wednesday

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa on Monday took a suo motu notice of the letter sent by six judges of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) and formed a seven-member larger bench over the issue.

CJP Qazi Faez Isa will head the bench, while Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Yahya Khan Afridi, Jamal Khan Mandokhel, Justice Athar Minallah, Justice Musarrat Hilali and Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan will be its member.

The bench will hear the matter at 11:30am on Wednesday.
