CJP takes suo motu notice of non-issuance of CNICs to eunuchs
LAHORE (92 News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has taken suo motu notice of non-issuance of computerized national identity cards (CNICs).
The hearing will be held at Supreme Court Lahore Registry at 11am.
The notices have been issued to the Punjab government, chief secretary and Akhuwwat Foundation.
During his visit to Fountain House on Saturday, eunuchs had appealed to the CJP to take notice of their problem.
