Clifton protest: Case registered against PTI leaders

KARACHI (92 News) – A case has been registered against a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) member national assembly (MNA), three member provincial assembly (MPA) and three councilors for creating a strife in Clifton Cantonment Board.

 

MNA Dr Arif Alvi and MPAs Samar Ali, Khurram Sher Zaman Khan and Dr Seema Zia have been named in the case.

 

The case has been registered at Darakhshan Police Station on the complaint of Clifton Cantonment Board.

 

PTI leaders Dr Arif Alvi, Khurram Sher Zaman, Samar Ali Khan and Dr Seema Zia held a protest in front of the cantonment board on Friday against additional taxes and shortage of water in Clifton and Defence areas of the city.
