CM Buzdar terms opposition’s protest as meaningless

LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Usman Buzdar has termed the opposition’s protest as meaningless on Friday.

In his statement, CM Buzdar mentioned that Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has itself dispersed. “PDM is not a threat to the incumbent government and these elements, unfortunately, want to fulfill the enemy’s agenda by taking the country towards instability,” he added.

Usman Buzdar said that the opposition’s efforts to divide the nation in such sensitive circumstances are condemnable. The opposition does not care about people and is putting the national interest at stake for political purposes, he said.

The Punjab chief minister remarked that the country needs unity and there is no room for negative politics at the moment. He urged the opposition to adopt sensible approach instead of being hyperactive.
