COAS Bajwa visits various logistics workshops in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI (92 News) - Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Friday visited various logistics workshops in Rawalpindi.

According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the army chief inspected special equipment maintenance workshops of the Pakistan Army. He praised the Commandant and workshop staff for achieving the milestone of overhauling various types of helicopters.

On arrival at the workshops, Chief of Logistics Staff Lt. Gen. Azhar Saleh Abbasi received the COAS.

The Chief of Army Staff was briefed on vehicle upgrades and maintenance of stores and aviation assets, as well as on the complete overhaul of various helicopters in aviation workshops.

 

General Qamar Bajwa appreciated the performance of the workshops, saying that their hard work would help save foreign exchange. He commended the Commandant and workshop staff for the milestone achievement of overhauling helicopters.
