COAS chairs Corps Commanders' Conference

RAWALPINDIN (92 News) – Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif chaired Corps Commanders Conference on Tuesday at the General Headquarters (GHQ). According to ISPR, the conference inspected the professional affairs of the Army, along with discussing internal and external security threats to the country. Also, Operation Zarb-e-Azb’s progress in North Waziristan and return of the IDPs to their homes was the topic of discussion. “The participants of the conference expressed satisfaction over the progress of the mission, and resolved to fight terrorism in the country till the last man standing,” the statement said.
