Zarb-e-Azb will continue till elimination of terrorism, says COAS General Raheel Sharif

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif visited Headquarters 4 Corps Lahore on Monday. The COAS was given a detailed briefing on professional matters and operational preparedness. Later, the COAS also addressed the Garrison officers focusing on internal and external security situation in the country and ongoing operation Zarb-e-Azb, intelligence-based operations (IBOs) and their effects on law and order situation in Urban centres. He said that Zarb-e-Azb will continue till elimination of terrorism. Earlier on his arrival, the COAS was received by Corps Commander 4 Corps Lieutenant General Naweed Zaman.
