COAS, wife visit family of Shaheed Police Sub-Inspector Abbas

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa and his wife visited the family of Shaheed Police Sub Inspector Abbas at his home on Thursday. The COAS lauded their great sacrifice for the nation and that of all martyrs of Pakistan. “There is not any other sacrifice greater than one’s life. Our lives are dedicated to Pakistan,” the COAS said. Wife of martyred SI Abbas said that he is proud of the sacrifices of her husband and sons. She thanked the COAS for visiting their house. His son said that his father had sacrificed his life for the country while fighting against anti-social elements. “I will forward the mission of my father,” he said. He said that the arrival of the COAS had given them a new passion.
