COAS okays execution of 13 hardcore terrorists

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javaid Bajwa has on Friday confirmed death sentence to another 13 hardcore terrorists. The terrorists were involved in heinous offences related to terrorism, including killing of innocent civilians. They planned and executed attacks on Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies of Pakistan which resulted in deaths and injuries to several soldiers. These terrorists also include those who planned and executed attacks on Bacha Khan University Charsada, Parade Lane Mosque Rawalpindi, Marriot Hotel Islamabad, Office of World Vision NGO at Mansehra and educational institution at Nawagai Buner. The terrorists are Latif Ullah Mehsud S/O Ramzan, Arafat S/O Gul Zarin, Wahid Ali S/O Abdul Ali, Akbar Ali S/O Kareem Ullah, Muhammad Riaz S/O Muhammad Diyar Khan and Noor Ullah S/O Muhammad Diyar Khan, Abdul Rehman S/O Abdul Majeed, Mian Said Raheem S/O Mian Aqal Jan, Noor Muhammad S/O Shah Wali, Sher Ali S/O Mambar, Syed Qasim Shah S/O Syed Amin Shah, Muhammad Usman S/O Khair Ali Khan, and Muhammad Waqar Faisal S/O Ghulam Sadiq.
