COAS Qamar Bajwa phones Saudi crown prince, inquires after King Salman's health

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Friday phoned Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and inquired after the health of King Salman. According to the ISPR, the COAS expressed good wishes for King Salman. They also exchanged views on matters of mutual interest. Saudi Arabia’s 84-year-old ruler King Salman bin Abdulaziz underwent a successful operation to remove his gallbladder. On Monday, he was admitted to hospital in Riyadh after suffering from inflammation of the gallbladder.
