Colourful Jashan-e-May Fung concludes in Skardu

SKARDU (92 News) – The three-day Jashan-e-May Fung concluded in Skardu on Saturday. On the concluding day, the traditional co-polo contest was held between Par Shagar and Gulab Pur. Later, an archery contest was also held. Shagar Khas team won the contest. A dozen of torch-bearing youths performed excellent skills of May Fung at the Polo Ground. Colourful chandeliers were released in the air on the occasion. Local singers enthralled the spectators through their performance. Traditional food was also served to distinguished guests.
