Companies increase prices of medicines by 15-70 percent

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Companies have increased the prices of medicines by 15-70 percent.

After increasing the prices, the companies also got a stay order.

Owing to the increase, the medicines for cough, flu, asthma and fever have gone beyond the reach of patients.

On the other hand, the government has fixed the price of hepatitis C medicine at Rs 5,868. The medicine was earlier sold at Rs 28,000.
