Complaint filed against CJP in Supreme Judicial Council

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - A complaint was filed against Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial in the Supreme Judicial Council on Friday.

The complaint filed by Raja Sibtain Khan advocate stated that the chief justice had committed the misconduct and he should be dismissed immediately.

"The SC was made controversial due to the suo motu notice. It is an open secret that the chief justice has established grouping in the judiciary," he alleged.
