Non-implementation of NAP affecting successes of Zarb-e-Azb: COAS

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif said that the implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP) is mandatory to end terrorism. He was presiding over a meeting on Friday, which was attended by all Corps Commanders and Principal Staff Officers. The COAS said that the successes of Zarb-e-Azb were being affected due to non-implementation of the NAP. “The dream of complete peace cannot be fulfilled till overcoming the weaknesses. Statements and analyses of some circles are damaging the national cause,” he maintained.
