ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar has said that conditions are difficult, but there is no crisis in the country.

Talking to anchorpersons on Thursday, he said that the government will succeed in overcoming the difficulties. "Uncertainty and disappointment are being spread under a plan. An investment amounting to US$60-70 billion will be made in Pakistan during the next 3-4 years," he added.

The prime minister said that a relief on the power bills will be announced during the next 48 hours. "The Pak Army does not use a single unit of electricity free of cost," he said.

He said that the government will respect the verdict announced by the Supreme Court on the election date. "The NADRA laws have been amended keeping in the view terrorism and sensitive matters," he added.

The caretaker prime minister said that the government knows about the problems of the people. "Power theft and line losses are the main problems. Currently we are facing economic and security challenges," he maintained.
