I consider Javed Bhai an elder, hope he'll take back his actual words: Shahid Afridi

KARACHI (92 News) – Cricketer Shahid Afridi has said that he considered Javed Bhai an elder and hope he would take back his actual words. In his tweets, he said: “Javed Bhai has pardoned me? Thanks, But has he withdrawn his allegations, what has he got to say to that?” He said that he want to stress that he has great respect for Javed Bhai. “He is our hero, our legend, he's my mentor too. I'll never lose regard for him.” Shahid Afridi said: “Nothing matters more to me than playing for my country with pride, no one can accuse me of selling my country. Else I will have to seek answer and justice to clear my reputation in court.” He said that Javed Bhai’s allegations caused pain and grief to him and his family and fans. “Is he retracting from his actual allegation?” he questioned. On the other hand, Javed Miandad said: “I forgive Shahid Afridi on this big day of Muharram unconditional and wished him good of luck for future Cricket Pakistan comes first.”
