Contempt of court accused can't be left unpunished: Azam Nazir Tarar

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar has said that the contempt of court accused cannot be left unpunished.

Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, he said that the verdicts of the apex court should be justified.

"Talal Chaudhary, Daniyal Aziz and Nehal Hashmi were disqualified for contempt of court. We are disappointed at the lenient attitude of the court towards Imran Khan," he added.

The minister said that Shaukat Tarin's words come under the treason. "The forensic of the audio will be conducted. The voice against the state will dealt with an iron hand," he added.
