Contempt of court case: IG Sindh, others express dissatisfaction over judge

KARACHI (92 News) – Inspector General of Police Sindh Ghulam Haider Jamali and others have on Wednesday expressed dissatisfaction over the judge who indicted them in contempt of court case.

The contempt of court proceeding was held in Sindh High Court, in which the lawyers of IG Sindh and others Farooq H Naik, Khawaja Shamsul Islam and Rashid A Rizvi agve arguments against the indictment.

The lawyers told the court that they were listened at the time of indictment, adding that the SHC bench is not demonstrating impartiality and they appealed the court to transfer the case to any other court.
