Contempt of court plea against former PM Raja Pervaiz Ashraf dismissed

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court three-member bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa dismissed the contempt of court plea against former prime minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf on Monday. Molvi Iqbal Haider Advocate had moved the application against Raja Pervaiz Ashraf for not writing a letter to the Swiss authorities against then President Asif Ali Zardari. The application has been dismissed for not pursuing the matter.
