Cop martyred in Peshawar bomb blast

PESHAWAR (92 News) – A policeman was martyred when a bomb planted along a road went off in Daudzai area on Tuesday. The blast occurred when policemen were passing from there. A constable was critically injured and died on the way to Lady Reading Hospital. The police launched a search operation in area and found another bomb, which exploded in an attempt to defuse it. The Bomb Disposal Squad staffers and policemen narrowly escaped the blast. The police have arrested two suspects.
