Coronavirus claims 101 lives during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 101 more deaths due to coronavirus and 3,559 new cases have been reported across the country during the last 24 hours.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 53,637 tests were conducted while positivity ratio remained 6.63 percent. The death toll due to pandemic in the country has reached 25,889. The number of positive cases has surged to 1,163,678.

Till now 50,715 active cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Sindh, 25,702 in Punjab, 7,744 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 6,045 in Islamabad, 481 in Balochistan, 2,858 in Azad Kashmir and 356 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Furthermore, 432,637 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 394,738 in Punjab, 162,402 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 99,516 in Islamabad, 32,248 in Balochistan, 32,228 in Azad Kashmir and 9,919 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
