Coronavirus claims 118 lives during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 118 more deaths due to coronavirus and 3,838 new cases have been reported across the country during the last 24 hours.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 52,112 tests were conducted while positivity ratio remained 7.36 percent. The death toll due to pandemic in the country has reached 25,788. The number of positive cases has surged to 1,160,119.

Till now 50,991 active cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Sindh, 25,804 in Punjab, 7,912 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 5,975 in Islamabad, 478 in Balochistan, 2,980 in Azad Kashmir and 433 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Furthermore, 431,636 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 393,136 in Punjab, 161,853 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 99,263 in Islamabad, 32,230 in Balochistan, 32,095 in Azad Kashmir and 9,906 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
