Coronavirus claims 19 more lives during last 24 hours across country

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 19 people died due to Covid-19 while 580 new cases were reported during the last 24 hours across the country.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 43,901 tests were conducted while the positivity ratio remained at 1.32 percent. The death toll due to pandemic in the country has reached 28,496. The number of positive cases has surged to 1,275,158.

Till now 12,913 active cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Sindh, 7,666 in Punjab, 1,493 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 313 in Islamabad, 107 in Balochistan, 53 in Azad Kashmir and 32 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Furthermore, 470,978 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 440,678 in Punjab, 178,319 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 107,022 in Islamabad, 33,280 in Balochistan, 34,489 in Azad Kashmir and 10,392 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
