Coronavirus deaths increase by 118 to 15,872 across country

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 118 more deaths were reported in the third wave of the pandemic during the last 24 hours, increasing the toll to 15,872.

According to the data available with the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 5,395 cases were reported in a day and as a result, the total cases increased to 739,818.

The cases positivity was recorded at 8.34. During the last 24 hours, 64,685 tests were conducted. The condition of 4,276 patients is stated to be critical.

According to the break-up, there are 270,310 cases in Sindh, 258,441 in Punjab, 102,290 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 20,580 in Balochistan, 68,066 in Islamabad, 14,978 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and 5,153 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
