Two coronavirus patients die in Mardan & Hangu

MARDAN (92 News) – Two coronavirus patients died on Wednesday, confirmed Khyber Pakhrunhwa spokesperson Taimur Khan Jhagra. He said that Sa’adat Khan aged 50 belonged to Mardan’s area Mangah. “The patient had returned from Saudi Arabia a week ago. He was put on ventilator at Mardan Medical Complex,” he said. Jhagra said that Sa’adat Khan had tested positive for coronavirus. He added that another patient Abdul Fateh, 36, hailing from Hangu had died at Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar. Meanwhile, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Minister Ajmal Wazir has also confirmed the death due to coronavirus. On the other hand, Special Adviser to Prime Minister on Health Dr Zafar Mirza has refuted the death of a patient in Gilgit-Baltistan. He said that the deceased had tested negative for coronavirus.
