Coronavirus prevalence in country reaches 4.69%, 805 more people infected

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The spread of coronavirus reached 4.69% in the country on Wednesday, with one more death and 805 people contracting the disease during the last 24 hours.

According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), a total of 17,150 tests were carried out in the last 24 hours, out of which 805people were diagnosed with the virus. The condition of 168 people is stated to be critical. The virus positive ratio remained at 4.69%.

The highest ratio of cases per day in the country was 17.46% reported in Abbottabad, in Karachi 10.63%, in Muzaffarabad 6.45%, in Peshawar 3.32%, in Lahore 3.19%, in Islamabad 2.78%.The virus positive ratio remained 2.52% in Gilgit and 1.16% in Bahawalpur.
