Coronavirus third wave claims 71 more lives, 1,771 new cases reported

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 71 more people died due to coronavirus during the past 24 hours.

According to the data available with the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Monday, 1,771 new cases were reported during this period.

With the new 71 deaths, the toll has jumped to 20,850. During the last 24 hours, the positive cases rate remained at 3.71 percent.

During the last 24 hours, 47,633 tests were conducted, increasing the total tests to 13,269,21.

The province-wise cases are: Sindh (318,579), KPK (132,822), Punjab (340,110), Islamabad (81,257), Balochistan (25,218), Azad Jammu and Kashmir (19,250) and Gilgit Baltistan (5,588).
