Corps Commanders expresses resolve for ensuring writ of state, rule of law

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Monday presided over the 215th Corps Commanders Conference held at GHQ. According to a press release issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the meeting reviewed geo-strategic environment and security situation of the country. The Corps Commanders Conference discussed progress of ongoing operations, fencing along Pak-Afghan border, situation along Eastern Border including Indian ceasefire violations deliberately targeting innocent citizens.   The meeting reiterated to continue its efforts for bringing enduring peace in the country while supporting all initiatives towards regional peace. In the meeting, the forum also expressed its resolve for continued support to all state institutions for ensuring writ of the state and rule of law in which lies the peace, stability and prosperity of the country.
