Corruption: Pakistan Railways also steps in, announces legal cell to fight menace

LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan Railways (PR) has announced to form a legal cell to counter corrupt practices and pending corruption cases in the department. According to reports, the cell is being formed on the directives of Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad to capture ill-reputed officers and officials. The cell that will comprise officers from the Railways ministry and attached departments will help resolve pending cases in the department. The corrupt officers will be facing exemplary punishments in the light of the recommendations of the cell.
